Recruitment Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source the resumes from different job portals
2. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs
5. Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
6. Utilize social media and other recruitment channels to attract top talent
7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources or related field
2. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
