Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with rewarding career opportunities. ( Freshers are welcome as well )
Responsibilities:
- Connect and call candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
