Recruitment Consultant Internship

As a Recruitment Consultant Intern at Sanver India Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as assisting with various recruitment tasks. To excel in this position, you must have strong English proficiency (both spoken and written) and be proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
2. Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's recruitment database.
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
