Recruitment Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilize MS-Office and MS-Excel to organize and manage candidate data
2. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with potential candidates
3. Utilize LinkedIn marketing techniques to attract passive candidates
4. Assist in screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications
5. Collaborate with consultants to create job descriptions and postings
6. Attend networking events and career fairs to build relationships with potential candidates
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
