Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and referrals
2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience
3. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
4. Maintain candidate databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
5. Help create job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
6. Participate in networking events and career fairs to promote our services and attract new candidates
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
