Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in job opportunities.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for open positions.
4. Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Utilize recruitment software to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
6. Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
7. Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
