Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers
3. Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
4. Conduct reference checks and verify employment history
5. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
6. Maintain recruitment database and generate reports on recruitment metrics
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies
