Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other networks to find potential candidates for open positions.
2. Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic requirements for roles.
3. Initial Screening Calls: Conducting phone or video interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in the position.
4. Coordinating Interviews: Assisting in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
5. Client Communication: Interacting with HR/business heads of client organizations, acting as an advisor to help and anticipate their Junior to mid-level manpower requirements.
