As a Recruiter (HR) intern at DCCPL, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of HR while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to employee engagement, recruitment, HR policy implementation, and HR branding.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates
2. Utilize your strong spoken English proficiency to effectively communicate with employees and external stakeholders
3. Enhance your written English skills by drafting HR communications, emails, and other official documents
4. Contribute to HR branding initiatives by promoting DCCPL as an employer of choice through social media and other platforms
5. Participate in onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company
6. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed to help drive overall departmental goals and objectives

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
