About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
2. Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
4. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
5. Update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems
6. Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
7. Assist with the creation of job postings and job descriptions
