About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with colleges/universities: Establish communication with placement cells and manage placement schedules with academic institutions.
2. Assist in organizing pre-placement talks: Help arrange and oversee pre-placement talks and presentations, ensuring smooth logistics.
3. Handle student data: Collect, organize, and maintain student resumes, applications, and other relevant data in a structured format.
4. Schedule interviews: Coordinate and schedule interview slots between recruiters and students, ensuring minimal overlap or conflicts.
5. Facilitate communication: Act as the point of contact between the recruitment team and students, sharing relevant updates, instructions, and interview details.
6. Assist in the on-campus placement process: Support the logistics of on-campus interviews, including setting up venues, ensuring proper equipment, and managing attendance.
