We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter/trainer coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing recruitment processes for IT positions while also coordinating trainers for patching new batches.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Coordinating trainers for patching new batches of recruits, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with training schedules.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
4. Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
5. Conducting training needs assessments to determine training priorities and areas for skill development.
6. Creating and updating training materials, manuals, and documentation to support training programs.
7. Evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback from participants to make improvements.
8. Assisting in the development of training budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
9. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training to enhance processes and procedures.
10. Providing support and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding process to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
