About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and their environment
2. Advertise the job vacancies on Job Portals and ATS
3. Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships
4. Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work
5. Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
6. Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests, and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
7. Work on briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
8. Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
9. Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
10. Inform candidates about the results of interviews
11. Negotiate salaries and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates
12. Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
13. Work towards, and exceed, targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, or business leads generated
14. Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs

Who can apply

1. Candidate pursuing engineering (IT and other engineering fields)

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per per closure).
