Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
2. Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media platforms, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
3. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and interest in the position
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
5. Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
