1. Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the company
2. Coordinating interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers
3. Managing recruitment databases and ensuring data accuracy
4. Assisting with the development of job descriptions and job postings
5. Providing support in creating recruitment strategies and campaigns
6. Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
7. Collaborating with the HR team on various recruitment initiatives and projects
