Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate profiles in MS Excel
4. Assist with creating job postings and promoting them on various platforms
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with orientation sessions
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance our recruitment process
