2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
5. Help with drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and company website.
