Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process from start to finish
2. Coordinating interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and spreadsheets using MS Excel
4. Conducting research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
5. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
6. Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
7. Contributing ideas for improving our recruitment processes and strategies
