Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems
4. Draft and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent
5. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand
6. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
8. Coordinate with Digital Marketing Institutes College Placement Cells for sourcing.
