About the internship

The organization is seeking a driven and enthusiastic intern to join our talent acquisition team! As a recruitment trainee, you'll gain valuable experience in the exciting world of recruitment, playing a key role in finding the best and brightest to join our growing team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
2. Screen resumes and identify qualified applicants
3. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
4. Prepare interview materials and support the hiring team
5. Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

6. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
