Relationship Management Internship

We are organizing a conclave by the air conditioning society on De carbonization called Cool Conclave for 3 days in August 2024. In this conclave, guests will be attending across the country including some key dignitaries of various sectors to deliberate upon issues related to climate change, energy efficiency, etc.
As an intern, you will coordinate various aspects of this upcoming prestigious conclave. You will be exposed to various opportunities which will give you once in a lifetime experience

You will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with invitees, manage the conclave, and showcase your English proficiency in both spoken and written forms.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the planning and execution of the conclave to make a success and recognized event across the country
2. Communicating effectively with guests, key speakers, VIP guests, sponsors, and team members in English, both verbally and in writing
3. Creating high-quality content for various platforms and purposes to promote the conclave
4. Contributing to the overall success of The conclave by actively participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
