1. Working on full-cycle business analysis, including industry-specific data research, high-end analytics and building complex financial models; interacting intensively with the team members in Bangalore and Houston and with clients across US, UK, Norway, Singapore, etc.
2. Identifying mergers and acquisitions across assets and corporations within exploration and production, oilfield services, midstream, and refining
3. Creating a summary note on the transaction and, where possible, providing analysis based on multiple components of the assets transacted
4. Conducting deep analysis for oil and gas assets globally, including but not limited to reserves, production, historic financials and financial and operational forecasts
