About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in overall sales operations of a highly reputed active sports company (modern sports bicycles, cycling accessories, etc.)
2. Providing sales and services to assist the management and the customers
3. Working on stock management, merchandising, and replenishment
4. Cataloging and arranging retail inventory and assisting with inventory handling
5. Taking care of e-commerce product inventory data, updating, and managing on a day-to-day basis (must be proficient in advanced Excel and can do data handling very accurately)
6. Assisting the customers and senior staff with highly fast-paced customer fulfilment
7. Managing customer follow-ups and feedback
8. Working on customer engagements and providing support both face-to-face and via electronic communications.
9. Working on external cycling events, educational workshops and campaigns to support
10. Working on customer success operations

Notes:

1. Working days are Monday to Sunday (Wednesday is a holiday/weekly off).
2. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm (you must be flexible on timing if assignments require it).
3. Weekends are mandatory working days.

1. The candidate must be very proficient in using computers and basic applications.

2. The candidate must be active and pleasant in behavior and interactions, as this is a direct customer interface internship. It requires interactions with highly educated and respectable customers throughout the internship, who respect a high level of pleasant interactions driven by a thorough professional mode of communication.

3. We prefer candidates who can commit 100% of their dedicated time and effort to this internship and those looking for a longer internship duration of more than six months.

4. The ability to be pleasant and multi-task at a fast e-commerce merchant place is mandatory, with the highest integrity, availability, and punctuality to complete assignments on time and be on time throughout the internship.
