About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle incoming customer queries and inquiries received through WhatsApp chat, phone calls, Instagram comments, Instagram DMs, Facebook comments, Facebook chat, and other channels
2. Engage with customers professionally and courteously, providing product information, answering questions, and assisting with purchase decisions to drive conversions
3. Proactively reach out to potential customers through targeted outreach efforts, including contacting old customers, following up on abandoned orders, and leveraging platforms like Indiamart and Tradeindia
4. Identify and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention, such as personalized follow-up communications, special promotions, and loyalty programs
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive revenue growth
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM software or other tracking tools
7. Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
8. Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers and enhance the overall customer experience
