Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting client interactions by addressing inquiries and assisting with their needs.
2. Conducting market research to gather relevant data on properties and industry trends.
3. Assisting in creating and updating property listings on various platforms.
4. Managing data entry and generating reports for property transactions and client interactions.
5. Attending meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry knowledge and processes.
6. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and move leads through the sales pipeline.
7. Maintaining and organizing client databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
8. Collecting client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in services.
