Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Showcase real estate properties (residential & commercial) to our client.
2. Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to attract new clients and close deals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Anchor yourself and the property for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, etc.
5. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
6. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance your sales knowledge and skills.
7. Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and performance to the sales manager.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per video).
Having a strong base and network in Goregaon East & West we are looking forward to interns who can showcase high-end luxury properties to our clients and also build a social media presence. We are happy to discuss the salary+incentive model.
