About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in overall sales operations of a highly reputed active sports company (modern sports bicycles and cycling accessories, etc.)
2. Providing sales and services to assist the management and the customers
3. Working on stock management, merchandising, and replenishment
4. Arranging goods in their respective places accordingly
5. Assisting the customers and senior staff with fast-paced customer fulfillment
6. Managing customer follow-ups and feedback
7. Working on customer engagements & support
8. Working on cycling events and campaigns to support
9. Working on customer success operations

Note:

1. Working days - Monday to Sunday (Wednesday is a holiday)
2. Working hours - 9 am to 6 pm (must be flexible on timings, if assignments require it)
3. Weekends are mandatory working days (Wednesday is weekly off)
4. We prefer candidates who can commit 100% with dedicated time and effort for this internship, and those who are looking for a longer internship duration of more than 6 months of timeline
