Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base for Flextron's EV charging products. The Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of B2B sales, including lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and sales support activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research potential customers and market trends
2. Reach out to prospects via phone calls to introduce Flextron's chargers
3. Explain product features and benefits to prospects
4. Document all interactions in the CRM system
5. Assist in preparing sales materials and proposals
6. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships
7. Coordinate sales meetings and demos
8. Provide updates on lead status to the sales team
9. Collaborate with marketing for outreach campaigns

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and team members
3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPointand familiarity with CRM software (eg, salesforce is a plus
5. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the sales team
6. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not required
7. Passion for sustainability and I Aptos (interest in the electric vehicle industry is a plus
