About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify, target, and close new sales opportunities in the IT sector.
2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and sales processes.
6. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
7. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
8. Track sales metrics and report on performance against sales goals.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
10. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market gaps.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

5. Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies is desirable.
