About the internship
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential students and their guardians to promote our aviation programs
2. Provide detailed information about the courses, fees, and enrollment process
3. Address queries and follow up with interested candidates to ensure a smooth enrollment process
4. Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
5. Support email marketing campaigns by drafting content, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign performance
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for promoting our aviation academy
7. Help with SEO efforts by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research
8. Participate in sales calls and meetings with prospective students and partners
9. Assist in preparing sales presentations and promotional materials
10. Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential students and follow up on leads
11. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report generation
12. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities
13. Provide regular updates to the marketing and sales teams on progress and outcomes
14. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the marketing and sales managers
