Sales Internship

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Telecaller professional for our real estate team. This role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales through telecalling. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for real estate.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Telecalling: Reach out to potential and existing clients to present real estate projects, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads. Address client queries effectively.
2. Sales: Convert leads into successful sales. Conduct property viewings, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
3. Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. Provide after-sales support and keep client records updated.
4. Market research: Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitors. Share insights with the team to capitalize on market opportunities.
5. Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience in telecalling or sales, ideally in real estate.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
5. Knowledge of the local real estate market.
