Sales Internship

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and operations within the furniture and appliances rental industry. Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Support:
Assist the team in prospecting new clients and generating leads through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Prepare sales presentations and materials for client meetings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
2.Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
3.Operations Support:
Support the operations team in coordinating product deliveries, installations, and pickups.
Assist in inventory management by tracking product availability, conducting stock counts, and updating inventory records.
Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and ensure timely service to customers.
4.Administrative Tasks:
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings and management review.
Support other departments as needed to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
