About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and building a strong sales pipeline.
2. Sell advertising packages, sponsorships, and branded content across our short news app and YouTube channel.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by closing deals and negotiating contracts.
5. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
6. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build a professional network and generate leads.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the digital media or advertising industry.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.

6. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

8. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
