About the internship

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and converting leads into admissions for our client's football academy. This role involves handling the official WhatsApp account, making calls to prospective students, and maintaining relationships with potential leads.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and respond to inquiries on the official WhatsApp account .
2. Examine and follow up on leads generated through digital and other marketing campaigns.
3. Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to provide information about the football academy and its offerings.
4. Assist in converting leads into admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of joining the academy.
5. Contact and nurture leads from provided data, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the Exel report.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
8. Handle some telecaller responsibilities as required.
9. Enter details and records accurately using Excel.

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
4. Ability to handle and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Basic knowledge of Excel for entering and maintaining records.
8. Passion for sports, particularly football, is a plus.
