About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales Strategy & Coordination: Collaborate with 5-10 sales executives, aligning their efforts with company goals to ensure market penetration.
2. Data-driven decision-making: Monitor daily sales activities, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the CEO and management.
3. Route Optimization & Planning: Strategize and optimize sales routes, ensuring maximum efficiency and coverage.
4. Training & Development: Conduct product training and empower the sales team with the knowledge and skills to excel.
5. Leadership: Lead from the front, acting as the bridge between field operations and the leadership team to drive impactful results.
6. Continuous Improvement: Assist in the implementation of CRM systems to further streamline reporting and tracking.
