Scrum Master Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in facilitating Scrum Events (daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and ensure they are productive and time-efficient.
2. Help identify and address obstacles or impediments that may impact the team's progress, including organizational or technical issues.
3. Support efforts to shield the team from external interruptions and distractions, allowing them to focus on their work.
4. Help track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and other relevant data to provide transparency and insights.
5. Help address conflicts within the team or with external parties in a constructive manner under the guidance of the Scrum Master.
6. Participate in training sessions and provide support to team members and stakeholders as needed to ensure a shared understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
