1. Content Creation & Management
a. Creating, curating, and managing engaging content for all social media platforms, especially Instagram
b. Editing high-quality reels, stories, posts, and videos that resonate with our audience
c. Writing captivating captions that align with the company's voice and image
2. Social Media Strategy
a. Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
b. Monitoring trends and analyzing competitors to keep our content fresh and relevant
c. Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
3. Ads Management
a. Planning, creating, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
b. Optimizing ad performance based on data insights to maximize reach and ROI
4. Community Engagement
a. Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
b. Fostering community engagement and managing influencer partnerships to amplify our brand reach
5. Analytics & Reporting
a. Tracking and reporting on key metrics and performance indicators
b. Using data-driven insights to refine and improve content and social media strategies
