1. Create original digital content across various social media platforms, mainly Instagram and Facebook, with a basic knowledge of Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Zomato and Google Business
2. Create original text and video content, manage posts, and respond to followers
3. Manage the social image of the accounts in a cohesive way to achieve all marketing goals
4. Handle the social media presence of accounts assigned to you, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
5. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
6. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
8. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
9. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per performance).
