About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content coverage: Capture exciting moments during the championships, including action shots, candid moments, and behind-the-scenes footage.
2. Interviews: Conduct interviews with athletes, coaches, and fans, asking engaging questions and creating compelling stories.
3. Challenge shoots: Organize and shoot fun challenges for athletes and spectators, ensuring high-quality video and engaging content.
4. Creating human interest stories: Develop compelling human interest stories by interviewing and capturing the personal journeys of athletes, coaches and volunteers, highlighting their struggles, achievements and motivations.
5. Creating trending reels: Produce short, engaging reels that tap into current Instagram trends, showcasing highlights from the championships, fun moments and viral challenges to boost online engagement.

1. Smartphone with a decent camera: You must have a phone equipped with a camera that can capture high-quality photos and videos.
2. Basic content creation skills: A basic understanding of content creation, including shooting videos, taking good photos, and editing basic content.
3. Knowledge of instagram trends: Awareness of current trends on Instagram and other social media platforms to create engaging and trendy content.
4. Interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct interviews with athletes, coaches, and spectators.
5. Reliability and commitment: Availability to volunteer during the entire championship event, being punctual, and reliable.

About Sports For All
Sports for All (SFA), a fully integrated digital plus on-ground multi-sport platform, is the official partner of the Indian Team for the Olympics, the Commonwealth Games, and the Asian Games. With the belief that potential can only be translated into performance if sport finds support at the grassroots level itself, we launched the SFA Championships in 2015. This tech-enabled, multi-discipline, regional sports tournament truly revolutionized sports at the school level. Enabling us to nurture, monitor, and groom future champs from a very young age.
We are endeavoring to build India's largest multi-sport technology and media platform. On the ground, we execute our own SFA Championships, which is an Olympics-style school sports championship where 15000 children from 500+ schools compete in 30 disciplines of the sport to crown the best school for sport in a city. We are currently in Mumbai and Hyderabad and will take this to over 25 cities in the next 3 years.
