About the internship

This is a full-time on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role located in Bangalore Urban. Rather than a boring generic description of the role, let us be straight on what the role would involve. Given that we are an early-stage startup, our needs change on a day-to-day basis.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Our founders are quick on their feet juggling various verticals and this role would involve ideating, executing, and iterating through various content requirements from verticals such as product, social, marketing, and print.
2. Content can be found in various nooks and crannies, so please expect to be involved in cross-functional tasks.

Please note that this is a paid internship.

Other requirements

1. Education: We are not sticklers for qualifications but we do expect you to be in year 2 or year 3 of college

2. Storytelling: We perceive the world around us through narratives. Hence, you need to possess compelling storytelling abilities. We may ask you to share a few examples or instances where you have done the same

3. Oral & Written Skills: We expect you to have clear & concise oral and written skills in English. We may ask for a few samples of work from you

4. Tech Savvy: Well, we do not expect you to be coding, but we do expect you to understand and learn the nuances of performance marketing and how content impacts these metrics. While content creation is a creative realm, it does need to be reconciled with numerical impact from time to time

5. Research: Nothing is new under the Sun but who has found all of it? Research is a critical aspect of the job and this means that it is necessary to understand the science behind what we do and why we do it. We would be looking to you for new perspectives on how to communicate them at scale
