Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Content Creation & Management:

1. Brainstorm and create engaging content for various social media platforms (tailored to each platform's audience and format).
2. Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
3. Source and curate high-quality visuals (images, videos) to complement content.
4. Craft compelling captions and headlines to drive engagement (likes, comments, shares).
5. Participate in relevant online communities and conversations.
6. Assist with the creation of video review bytes from customer testimonials for website and social media.

Community Management & Engagement:

1. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and customer interactions.
3. Run contests and giveaways to boost engagement.
4. Analyze social media metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach) to gauge content performance.
5. Identify and leverage trending topics and hashtags to increase reach.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
2. Research competitor activity and industry insights.
3. Assist with developing and implementing social media campaigns.
4. Prepare basic social media reports for the team.
5. Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
