2. Strong communication skills
3. Experience in developing content strategy for social media
4. Knowledge of social media optimization (SMO)
5. Creativity and ability to engage with online audiences
6. Understanding of analytics and digital marketing metrics
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
8. Basic graphic design skills are a plus
