About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the development of content (scripts, design-based assets and videos) as per the social media strategy
2. Manage day-to-day content creation and publishing on all of our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
3. Showcase the company s culture to the general audience as well as to the job seekers
4. Grow the social presence, reach, and engagement of the company on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
5. Work on additional duties as deemed fit for the role

Other requirements

1. 1-2 years of experience in the field of social media marketing

2. Bachelor’s degree program in digital marketing, communication, or a related field (batch of 23 or graduate)

3. Experience with Instagram reels, influencer marketing, and LinkedIn marketing

4. Expertise with SEO, social media writing, trends, hashtags, tools, and analytics and an eye for detail

5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

6. A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing

7. Exceptional English written and spoken skills

8. Great project management skills

9. Experience or education in video production and mass communication

10. Experience in instructional design

11. Expertise or experience with AI tools in content creation

12. Excellent communication skills
