About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with the paid media team and brand strategists to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
2. Keep in regular touch with the clients and service clients on all queries
3. Get repeated business from existing clients or cross-sell newer services
4. Ensure that client retention is always high
5. Devise and comply to various reporting standards for the clients
6. Coordinate any out-of-scope client activities
7. Ensure regular and timely service to clients to throughout and even after project execution
8. Maintain high level of client engagement through daily contact
9. Make sure that the overall client KPIs and end deliverables are met
