Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generating creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including creatives, reels/shorts, and long-form videos.
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
3. Analyzing marketing data and preparing reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
4. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative ideas and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
5. Assisting in maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand identity and positioning by ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Requirements:

1. Possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2. Have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, particularly in content creation and management for startups or within the healthcare industry.
3. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creative thinking and copywriting.
4. Show proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
5. Have basic knowledge of gathering and analyzing social media insights.
6. Be skilled in video production, including shooting, scriptwriting, and editing.
