We are seeking a dynamic and experienced social media marketing intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, creative communication proficiency, and a content-creator mindset. They should possess a proactive attitude and be eager to take the initiative in successfully driving social media campaigns. Expertise in Instagram growth will be a significant bonus.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms, with a focus on Instagram
2. Create high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, and captions tailored to each social media platform
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team
5. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach
6. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and quality in all social media content

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, mass media, or related field
2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts
3. Creative mindset with a strong ability to conceptualize and produce engaging content
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and measure success
6. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Experience in Instagram growth strategies is highly desirable
