Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify, recruit, and assist in the management of influencer campaigns
2. Interface with the business and product team to grow the volume of business
3. Ensure a healthy retention rate for agents
4. Design and present new marketing campaign ideas
5. Monitor all marketing platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
6. Conduct research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
7. Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and marketing content

Requirements:

1. Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
2. Disciplined and process-oriented
3. Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
4. Ability to multi-task and take initiative
5. Flexible work schedule
6. Hardworking and dedicated outlook
7. Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
8. Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally
