About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation: Creating engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
2. Social media management: Managing our social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
3. Campaign planning and execution: Assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote our services, events, and initiatives.
4. Analytics and reporting: Monitoring social media performance using analytics tools and preparing reports to track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
5. Trend analysis: Staying updated with social media trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
6. Collaborations and partnerships: Identifying potential collaborations and partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations to expand reach and visibility on social media.
7. Community building: Fostering a sense of community among our social media followers by initiating discussions, polls, and interactive activities.
8. Coordinating weekly sessions with the sales team to strategize social media content for the upcoming week.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 8000 per social media status ).
