Social Media-(Video Production Focus) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own the responsibility of shooting videos end to end
2. Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, FB, etc.)
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, brand messaging, and campaign objectives to create compelling video narratives
4. Shoot, work with the editing team, and post-produce videos using industry-standard tools and software
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for video content that aligns with our digital-first strategy
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques, and best practices for social media platforms
7. Assist in ideating and executing video-based social media campaigns and collaborations with influencers or creators
8. Support in monitoring video performance metrics and providing insights for optimization

Qualification:

1. Recently completed an MBA degree in Marketing or bachelor's with 3-4 years of experience in Communications, Film Studies, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in video production, preferably with a background in digital marketing or social media
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and video specifications for digital marketing
4. Creative and innovative with excellent storytelling skills
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
