1. A basic understanding of web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
2. Exposure to or willingness to learn NextJS, Tailwind CSS, Typescript, React, and JavaScript.
3. Interest in building responsive, event-driven web applications.
4. Ability to accurately replicate designs to the pixel and write maintainable stylesheets.
5. Willingness to learn performance optimization techniques and understand DOM structure and layout techniques.
6. Basic understanding of data structures and their application in frontend development.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn how to translate field requirements into sustainable solutions.
8. Be self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities in a supportive environment.
9. Pride in building clean UIs and writing beautiful code.
10. Experience with or willingness to learn NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn/Zustand in NextJS applications.
